I have been going to and running writing for well-being workshops for over 15 years. I love them but can see them becoming a bit of another chore we “ought to be doing” rather than a flow into. I will explore how I see journaling, free-write and more structured writing helps to answer things that we know are in our hearts but can’t get out.
This is going to be very much a “do it yourself but feel free to discuss in the comments” forum. Though from time to time I will do some in-person sessions either on Zoom or really in person.
I also believe that much as though one can gain huge benefits doing things alone, to meet up with a group occasionally helps. With myself I find that in a group I am always amazed that I am not the only one who thinks or feels like that. So never be afraid to recommend groups you go to too.
